Established in 2018, That Coffee Cart was a small family owned and run business servicing a small country town in rural South Australia. The idea came to us to restore an old horse float and convert it into a mobile coffee station. So we planned it out and began deconstruction and restoration of an old 1980’s Taylor’s horse float. Over the years we have modified the design several times to ensure maximum customer interaction and increased work flow. Our latest design is able to comfortably work with 3 staff in the cart providing maximum work flow and probability.

During Covid lockdowns we needed to think outside the box so we designed and created a trolley cart that could be placed in a shopping centre or in a protected outdoor space. With all the latest gadgets this mobile coffee station soon become the talk of our little town and is the perfect fit for small spaces giving you low overheads. The repurposed horse float design allows for production of high volumes and multiple or just single staff if you choose to run it on your own.
